You agree to submit, upon request and within the timeframe specified by jl2, any documentation reasonably required to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds, including but not limited to:
jl2 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawals, or close an Account if KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe or if submitted documents do not satisfy jl2's verification requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) associated with your Account. You agree to:
jl2 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activity occurring under your Account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results directly from jl2's own negligence or willful misconduct.
jl2 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl2 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and assumes no liability for currency conversion losses.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during standard banking hours. jl2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the jl2 deposit page and may vary by payment method. jl2 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit requirements at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to deposit funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other criminal enterprise. jl2 is required to report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities. Deposits made using payment accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited.
By depositing funds into your jl2 Account, you agree that all completed deposits are final and non-reversible through your payment provider. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider for a deposit that has been credited and used for gaming purposes will be investigated as potential fraud and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawal of Real Funds is available to all verified jl2 Account holders. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your jl2 Account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. jl2 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
jl2 targets the following withdrawal processing times, subject to completion of any applicable verification procedures:
Processing times are targets, not guarantees. jl2 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or applicable regulatory review requirements.
jl2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to KYC documentation, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where jl2 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. The specific Wagering Requirement and any applicable restrictions for each promotion are set out in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonuses are available to verified jl2 Account holders who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, a maximum of one Account per household, IP address, device, or payment method is eligible for any given welcome or first-deposit promotion. jl2 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where eligibility criteria are not met.
Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to satisfy the Wagering Requirement within the applicable period will result in the automatic forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

All Games offered on the jl2 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface, together with the applicable rules of the game provider. By participating in any Game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

The outcome of any individual game round is independent of all prior rounds.
jl2 reserves the right to void any game round, bet, or payout in the event of a technical malfunction, data transmission error, software defect, or any other circumstance that materially affects the integrity of a game round. Where a round is voided, all wagers placed on that round will be refunded to the player's Account balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl2 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the jl2 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, or interruption of service.
jl2's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the amount you deposited into your jl2 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jl2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
jl2 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or secure at all times. While jl2 takes reasonable technical measures to maintain Platform uptime and security, planned or unplanned maintenance, network issues, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability from time to time.
jl2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
You may request closure of your jl2 Account at any time by contacting jl2 support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
Termination of your Account for any reason does not affect any accrued rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions as at the date of termination. Sections 3, 10, 12, 13, and 16 shall survive termination of these Terms & Conditions.

Material changes will be notified to registered Account holders via the contact details registered on their Account, or by way of a prominent notice on the jl2 Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2 before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and jl2 arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jl2 customer support. jl2 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising hereunder.
